How do I determine the right size and width for my Birkenstocks?
Most of our models come in two widths: Regular (for sturdy/normal feet) and Narrow (for slender feet). We recommend checking our size guide and ensuring there is approximately 10mm of space in the heel and 5mm in the toe area for the perfect fit.
What is the difference between the Regular Footbed and the Soft Footbed?
The Regular Footbed features our anatomically shaped cork-latex core for firm support. The Soft Footbed includes an extra layer of foam cushioning between the cork layer and the suede lining for immediate comfort from the first step.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier's website to monitor your delivery in real-time.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
How should I care for the suede and leather on my sandals?
We recommend using a suede brush to remove dirt and a leather conditioner for our smooth leather styles. Avoid extreme heat and do not submerge your cork footbeds in water.
