Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn Birkenstocks in their original blue shoe box, then secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton with the return form.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
